1. What we collect
Account details (name, email, organization), the content you bring to the service (briefs, brand kits, uploaded assets, feedback you give in chat), and usage data that keeps the service working (logs, device and browser information).
2. How it's used
To run the pipeline you asked for — drafting scripts, synthesizing narration, planning and rendering scenes — to secure and improve the service, and to communicate with you about your account. We don't sell your data.
3. Processors
The pipeline relies on third-party processors — for example model providers for planning and voice providers for narration — which process your content solely to deliver the service, under agreements that restrict any other use.
We use PostHog to understand Studio usage and reliability, including video creation, exports, generation times, token counts, and estimated AI costs. Production analytics uses internal user, organization, and project identifiers. We exclude prompts, generated text, uploaded assets, and other customer content from these analytics events. Session recording is disabled in production. We use browser storage to associate activity across visits. You can disable optional Studio analytics in Account → Profile for each browser; Studio also respects the browser's Do Not Track setting. This choice does not disable account, security, or billing records needed to operate the service.
4. Retention
Your videos and their underlying documents (script, spec, narration) are kept so you can revise and re-render them; delete a video or your workspace and the associated content is removed from production systems within a reasonable period.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Depending on where you live, additional statutory rights may apply. Write to us and we'll act on it.
