Terms of service
Last updated July 13, 2026
1. The service
ivy turns briefs you provide into video: the service drafts scripts, synthesizes narration, plans scenes, and renders finished cuts through templated motion systems. Paid stages (voice synthesis, rendering) run only after an approval from your account.
2. Your account
You're responsible for your account, for the people you invite to your workspace, and for keeping credentials secure. You must have the authority to accept these terms for the organization you sign up on behalf of.
3. Your content
Briefs, brand kits, product materials, and other assets you upload remain yours. You grant ivy the license needed to process them — to draft, synthesize, and render your videos. Finished videos rendered from your content are yours to use anywhere.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use ivy to produce content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes someone else's rights — including uploading brand assets or product materials you don't have rights to. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Third-party services
Parts of the pipeline run on third-party processors (for example, model and voice providers). Their processing of your content is limited to operating the service.
6. Billing
Paid plans bill in advance on a monthly cycle. Usage limits (finished videos, seats, brand kits) are per plan. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ivy's liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to account owners ahead of time. Questions: hello@ivy.video.
